In December 2026, Theater Amsterdam will welcome the Entree Awards for the ninth time. During this special evening, leading hospitality entrepreneurs, emerging talent and industry professionals come together to celebrate the very best of the Dutch hospitality industry.
The Entree Awards bring together everything a great awards night needs: a festive welcome, excellent food and drinks, a spectacular awards ceremony and a vibrant afterparty. We are proud to welcome the event back for its ninth edition. Over the years, our long-standing partnership has evolved into an event where entertainment, hospitality and celebration come together in one seamless experience.
A sold-out awards night for 926 guests
Theater Amsterdam has been home to the Entree Awards since 2017. In December 2026, the event returns for the ninth time, following a single interruption during the COVID-19 pandemic. With 926 guests attending, the event is completely sold out.
The Entree Awards bring together professionals from across the Dutch hospitality industry. Entrepreneurs, chefs, bartenders, hoteliers, brands and other industry professionals gather to celebrate the year’s most distinctive hospitality concepts and outstanding achievements.
A festive welcome in the Foyer
The evening begins with a lively reception in the Foyer. Over drinks, nominees, industry professionals and business partners meet and mingle. A variety of beverage brands host their own bars, bringing the energy and diversity of the hospitality industry to life throughout the space.
A spectacular awards ceremony
Next, all 926 guests take their seats in the Auditorium for the Entree Awards ceremony. Visuals, lighting, sound and entertainment give each award category its own distinctive moment.
The impressive semi-circular projection screen provides a spectacular backdrop, showcasing the nominees, winners and their stories. Ruben Nicolai leads the evening as host, bringing his signature wit, humour and professionalism to the stage.
The excitement builds until the final award is presented. Then comes a moment guests won’t soon forget.
The grand reveal
As the awards ceremony comes to an end, the projection screen opens to reveal an entirely different world behind the stage: Club Entree in the Blackbox.
In one spectacular reveal, the event transforms from an awards ceremony into a complete hospitality experience – without guests ever having to leave the venue.
A Michelin-level walking dinner
Inside Club Entree, guests are treated to an extensive walking dinner prepared by our in-house culinary team, led by Chef Daniël Braun. Dishes are served from a variety of food stations, inviting guests to taste, mingle and connect throughout the evening.
Dedicated bars hosted by different beverage brands complete the experience, bringing the diversity and energy of the Dutch hospitality scene together under one roof.
From dinner to dance floor
As the evening progresses, Club Entree gradually transforms from a dining experience into a vibrant party venue. The walking dinner flows seamlessly into a night of live music and a DJ.
The dance floor becomes the final destination of the evening, where winners, nominees and industry professionals come together to celebrate.
A long-standing partnership
Nine editions demonstrate how venue, programme, catering and production can work together to create a seamless event experience. From the initial reception and awards ceremony to the walking dinner and afterparty, each space takes on a new role at exactly the right moment.
